    Sustainable Control of Our Production

    Water Consumption

    Preserving water, the most precious resource for a brewer.

    From brewing beer to cleaning bottles and kegs, water is essential to our craft. In the past 10 years, we have reduced our water consumption by threefold. Today, we use just 3L of water to produce 1L of beer, compared to 9L a decade ago.

  • Water Treatment

    Purifying wastewater by producing BioGas.

    Our brewery has its own wastewater treatment plant, where we produce biomethane as part of the purification process. This biogas is then reinjected into the GRDF network.

  • CO2 Recovery

    100% self-sufficient in CO2.

    Beer fermentation naturally generates CO₂. Instead of releasing it into the atmosphere, we capture and store it in liquid form, later reusing it for beer carbonation during bottling.

  • Energy Efficiency

    Improving our energy performance.

    We closely monitor our energy consumption to minimize its impact. With multiple energy recovery systems in place, we are now among the most efficient breweries in the industry, consuming 15% less gas and electricity than the industry average.

Waste Management

Eliminating Single-Use Packaging on Our Products.

100% of our kegs are returnable, washed, and refilled at the brewery.
We are actively participating in the reintroduction of deposit-return glass bottles in France.
Where packaging is still required, we use 50% to 70% recycled plastics.
Cork stoppers, which are difficult to recycle, are being replaced with 100% recyclable caps.
