The Démon 12 ° and the Démon 16 ° are two very high density blond beers. They are brewed with a quantity of malt greater than that which usually goes into the composition of a beer, inoculated with a special yeast, subjected to a fermentation of about 15 days for the Demon 12 ° and 3 weeks for the Demon 16 ° . Their powerful alcoholic aroma, their sweetness and their refreshing side make them two wonderful aperitif beers. They are blond, dense, tasty and long in the mouth.
